LightStim, known for their pioneering work in the industry, was poised to make substantial advancements with this additional funding.

My investment was not just a monetary contribution; it was a strategic partnership. In exchange for the loan, I secured exclusive rights for the purchase of their cutting-edge products for the cokoanh market, a niche yet rapidly growing sector in wellness and beauty. This arrangement allowed me to capitalize on the increasing demand for high-quality, effective light therapy devices, positioning me as a key player in the distribution and growth of these products in this specific market.

Additionally, this loan was structured with an eye towards the future, as I obtained the rights to partake in LightStim’s potential Initial Public Offering (IPO).
