Built practices and rituals for a platform team of 22 (4 pods), including discovery (strategy, data analysis, voice of customer, and user research), design, lean implementation, data science prototyping, and A/B testing. 

Improved content discovery by 15% in 2020 - 2021. Optimized top of funnel for certification discovery by 3.8% in 2021, and created new behavior where users spend 1.5 minutes on average per session on the landing pages to understand the certification curriculum for each domain.

Enabled internal customers to leverage components and capabilities of Search via APIs (e.g. Search API, recommendation APIs).

Partnered with Product Marketing on GTM strategy.

Enabled the business to offer bespoke sales models by building modularity into the system. Our team went from indexing a single content library with 1 content type to a scalable model with many content libraries and many content types of varying structures. Search scaled from a single index page to dynamic topical browse pages, different UX based on rights and permissions.
