Quantive is the world's leading Strategy Execution Platform based on the OKR management methodology. It has raised $ 160.6 M, the most from any other OKR software startup, and has grown to 370 employees
•	Delivered on the product roadmap for the company's main B2B SaaS product
•	Led cross-functional teams from product discovery to shipping including engineering, design, product, and CS/TS teams for the development of new features and functionalities. 
•	Conducted research to inform new product features that will enable the company to achieve one of its annual OKRs

INSIDEOUT REALITY

VR/AR studio that develops high-end premium content for entertainment and social impact. It combines psychology, entertainment, and cutting-edge technology to bring change in behaviour and attitudes and push the boundaries of VR/AR.

•	Managed the execution from discovery to shipping for 4 in-house VR products and 17 VR/AR client products and projects: iOS/ Android mobile apps, web 3D apps, game engine apps, SaaS apps. With a focus on solving customer problems and world-class quality we had a 100% rate of returning clients
•	Managed relationships with clients, helped define product vision, gathered and prioritised customer requirements, conducted user research, and prioritised roadmap and backlog.
•	Conducted 100+ user interviews to identify new product opportunities and managed team to develop working MVPs for 4 in-house VR products
•	Set up and managed engineering and design teams: worked with team to determine high-level technical architecture and feasibility
•	Performed sales: closed and negotiated deals including with the world's largest learning company

•	Worked within a cross-functional team including directors, AI researchers, engineering, design and sales teams for the launch of a new B2B SaaS AI mobile app, Dragonfly AI, helping to win a few large clients sign up for a trial
•	Analysed big data for the Insights and Innovation team and researched competitors for the main product

Chirp is a fintech platform that enables payments using sound. The flagship consumer app became #1 in UK and China. Chirp was acquired by Sonos.
•	Consulted on go-to-market strategy and developed B2B use cases, helping establish the first 5 important strategic partnerships

Winnow makes "smart bins" with analytics to prevent food waste and save costs while decreasing CO2 emissions. The startup has raised $31.9 million to date and grown from 10 to 136 employees
•	Coordinated software agency to develop a new company website, drastically increasing the number of sales leads
•	Conducted customer surveys and devised product roadmap, receiving high evaluation from the startup's founders
•	Created product tutorial materials that increased operations efficiency by 40% by eliminating the need for part of the on-site customer training
•	Managed and optimised all social media presence using analytics tools
•	Earned Winnow a finalist place in the Tech All Stars competition

Obshtestvo.bg and Facebook - "I will vote" Project

Managed 15 people to develop website and social media campaign in voluntary project with a Bulgarian NGO and Facebook's Global Government Outreach Director, to increase voter turnout on Parliament Elections 2014 in Bulgaria
•	Led the team to create a website and a campaign and collaborated with Facebook to introduce a "voter megaphone" for all mobile devices in Bulgaria, reaching 790,000 users in one day (12% of population). From them 111,300 shared "I am voting", influencing a few thousand people to vote

A user experience and design innovation consultancy specialized in understanding people, cultures and emerging technologies. I was solely responsible for business research with 80% of the staff designers from Harvard and MIT.
•	Consulted on product vision, go-to-market strategies, product roadmaps, latest technologies, and conducted market and competitor research to prioritise and recommend 10 future Samsung IoT products with biggest market potential, contributing to our contract with Samsung being renewed.
