I integrated IBM as alliance manager assistant SAP & Oracle in apprenticeship during my master's degree in Skema Business School. 

The alliance manager has for primary mission to generate and develop business through joint offers developed with our editor partners, SAP and Oracle. 

The main offers I worked on:
- Server: SAP HANA and S/4HANA on IBM POWER system
- Cloud: IBM Cloud Services for SAP (CMS4SAP) and Hana Enterprise Cloud (HEC)
- Cognitive: IBM Watson with SAP SucessFactors / SAP HANA / SAP Hybris / SAP Predictive Analytics

My main mission was to generate, develop and follow up IBM joint sales opportunities with SAP and Oracle through 3 aspects:

• Business development:
- Prepared and participated in strategic and accounting meetings
- Developed and followed up tracking files opportunities and signings.
- Intermediate on all joint opportunities between IBM and SAP/Oracle.

• Marketing:
- Led alliance marketing actions in relation with marketing and digital agencies: Telemarketing / digital marketing campaigns / Clients and Partners events ( Roadshow, Roland-Garros,.. )
- Managed alliance marketing plan, budget and processes.
- Led alliance internal communication through newsletters and internal IBM community.

• Administrative:
- Managed internal procedures in the framework of the Alliance.
- Managed processes for SAP and Oracle certifications.

Global Alliances Manager SAP & ORACLE

Danone

As part of the Business Support team of Danone Waters France, I am the link between the headquarter commercial services ( Sales developers, Marketing managers, Key account managers ) and the area sales forces on the ground. The main mission of the team is to convert Danone global strategy into concrete incentives for the sales forces and support them to achieve their objectives providing them the good tools and good communications. 

As part of the business support team, I daily interact with all the commercial teams. (Sales forces, Key account managers, .. )

My missions, concretely:

- Followed up sales activities and analyzed business indicators.
- Led the commercial action plan for the sales forces using weekly newsletters.
- Drove the launch of Innovations with specific communications.
- Optimized tools for the sales team: Sales pitches, Roadmaps, Newsletters with best practices.
- Conducted the "Annual Sales Challenge" with a travel agency: the best sales teams win a fabulous trip.
- Managed an internal website for our sales teams which allows them to personalize sales gifts for our clients.

Through this internship, I acquired knowledge about the organization of the commercial division inside the headquarters. I also acquired knowledge on the AFH (Away from Home) market, and developed it on the large and medium retailers market.

I developed competences in communication, organization, rigor and skills on Excel and Power Point.

FindYourWayInTheWorld is a digital agency & start-up based in Singapore and Bangkok, specialized in video production and digital marketing. 

I integrated FindYourWayInTheWorld as Digital Business Developer & Project manager during my Gap Year. 

My goals for this internship were multiple : 
- Developed my sales skills in an international environment. ( The South-East Asia ) 
- Be a project manager 
- Develop my knowledge in Digital Marketing 
- Work in a start-up as an entrepreneur 

Concretely, 
•	I developed the company visibility and the customer portfolio through:
                - Improving the website and SEO using key words.
                - Participate to networking events in Bangkok.
•	I sold company marketing & advertising services to customers and managed many projects in collaboration with the production team through:
                - Clients meetings.
                - Creation of quotations & contracts.
                - Creation of Story-boards & participation to shootings.
                - Analyses and client reports of web-marketing campaign.

FindYourTrip

FindYouTrip is a new start-up project which was creating in September 2014 inside the I4-X incubator in Bangkok. This is a mobile video game developed on IOS and Android.

My missions:
•	I collected and analyzed markets and customers insights.
•	I realized business plan & business model.
•	I conceptualized the game (Specifications & scope) and videos (Ingame, marketing…).
•	I launched marketing plan and crowdfunding campaign.
•	I worked on pitches and business presentation for investors.

I acquired skills in entrepreneurship, business development, digital marketing and project management.
I also acquired knowledge inside the IT start-up field and mobile video games in South-East Asia.

I did this internship in 2014 for UNILEVER France as Customer Development area manager. 

I started the internship in January 2014 to replace a trainee.

My manager gave me a big challenge: 
• Manage a large area with a majority of independent stores.
• A sector abandonned for 3 months. 
• Late in terms of objectives.
• Integrate a team of 7 managers already created ​for 6 months. 

Concretely, I managed a portfolio of 84 stores ( mostly supermarkets with few hypermarkets) in Nimes / Montelimar / Aix-en-Provence areas which represent about 8 M € turnover on my products.
