I love to listen and help solve complex problems. Like Dora, I explore. I find the pieces that best fit together. I specialize in change management with a focus on behavioural science, gamification, and design thinking for learning, adoption, and culture. I help people (and organizations) find their voice and purpose. Sometimes time means building a website, other times that means creating learning plans or building digital adoption strategies through the use of behavioural insights and user research. But every time we start with the question "why?" Curiosity excites me. I've built a career in cognitive behaviour. Understanding the "why" people act the way they do peaks my interest. Mostly because I have ASD and understanding irrationality always intrigued me. Using that to develop unique user experiences always puts a smile on my face. Like Vanilla Ice once said, "if you have a problem, yo I'll solve it." But in my case, I actually would (solve it). He also gave us additional advice when he said Stop. Collaborate. And Listen.
