Hi There! I'm a Front End Developer specializing in user-friendly web development and responsive web design. 👩🏻‍🔬Previously, I was a Senior Quality Engineer for medical devices and aerospace. Through this experience, I learned how to quickly adapt to new technologies & work methods, hone my cross-functional communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail to ensure clients receive exceptional service! 👩🏻‍💻There was a strong desire to be more creative and satisfy my curiosity about web design/development. I took time to learn front end development and broaden my foundational knowledge of modern web technologies, then became interested in creating responsive and user-friendly websites and incorporating web accessibility practices to provide a more inclusive experience for all users that visit my websites. 👩🏻‍🍳I enjoy learning about new things, especially if it’s a hands-on experience! When I'm not coding, I am passionate about cooking, baking, and experimenting with recipes because I get to try out new techniques using both familiar and unfamiliar ingredients on my favorite test subject: my family. I always get honest feedback which helps in the next iteration of the recipe. All the challenges I encounter while preparing delicious recipes are similar to the problems I try to solve when creating a website.
