A-part from Hotel accounting also taking care Finance & Account for two Malls of MBD Neopolis Mall, Ludhiana & MBD Neopolis Mall, Jalandhar
Dealing with Statutory, Internal, Tax & Management auditors.
Preparation of Monthly & Annual Financial results for Hotel & both Malls
Monitoring day-to-day banking operations including dealing with RBI in relation to foreign remittances
Cash Flow Statements, Budgets, Forecasts & Funds Requirements
To ensure timely assessment, deduction & deposit of all statutory dues & returns like Luxury Tax, Entertainment tax, T.D.S. & Sale Tax returns are filled in time

Formulating budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected figures & actual expenditure and implementing corrective actions.
Prepare capital reviews as required by the General Manager 
Develop best practice financial accounting and control procedures and continually review the process and procedures to maximize impact and efficiency.
Ensure the balance sheet are a fair reflection of assets and liabilities of the hotel.
Lead monthly finance update meetings with General Manager/ Hotel team
Review regularly the balance sheet, ensure reconciliation are preformed and explain all balances even if reconciled elsewhere.
Assist Head of the Department to improve their financial awareness and provide them with relevant financial information for their operations.
Supervising the preparation of MIS reports, viz. Monthly forecast Report, Cash Flows, Profit & Loss Statement, BRS, Costing, etc, 
Finalization of Books and Accounts and co-ordinate with Statutory Auditors & Internal Auditors.
Responsible for all Statutory payment and hotel licenses.
Designing and implementing systems & procedures; supervising the consolidation of group accounts and preparation of financial statements & annual reports.
