Duties and obligations of the position:
-Being a member of the Bids opening technical committee.
-Ensuring that the materials used in engineering projects (such as construction, restoration, sewage, solar energy, and waste management projects) match the specifications set by the engineering team at the site.
-Submitting data performance reports and the status of the engineering project to the program -management and PMO, taking into account all developments and changes.
-Evaluating the technical bids submitted by the bidders within the tenders of engineering projects in GOPA-DERD.

Technical Advisor

Duties and obligations of the position:
-Create designs and blueprints for the renovation of GOPA-DERD headquarters located in Aleppo.
-Develop a schedule plan, estimate costs, and determine quantities for the project's Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
-Liaise with workshops and laborers, and manage their work on the site.
-Monitor the progress of the work and compare it with the estimated plan.
-Track the timeline, analyze prices, and compare them with the executed works implemented on the site.

Duties and obligations of the position:
-The main duty is to oversee and manage all the project activities in the northern countryside of Aleppo, targeting about 25,000 internally displaced people (IDPs) in 5 camps. This responsibility is in line with the project charter signed between GOPA-DERD and UNICEF.

-The project involves managing all phases of work, including supervising the team and distributing tasks-The project is divided into several parts,
Including implementing photovoltaic systems for lighting public facilities and toilets in the camp, implementing solar energy systems for water heating in public bathrooms and toilets, collecting, transporting, and treating solid waste outside the camps, implementing sewage desludging from collection tanks, implementing laundries complexes through automatic washing machines, distributing drinking water tanks to the camp, holding awareness sessions on personal hygiene for beneficiaries inside the camps, and distributing family kits containing personal hygiene items to families,monitoring the water quality in tanks by taking periodic samples and conducting the necessary analyzes.
- Supervise the reporting team to ensure all project processes are communicated to GOPA-DERD's WASH Program Management. Additionally, coordinate with governmental and non-governmental agencies, local authorities, and private local parties in the northern countryside of Aleppo.

Project Coordinator –Water, Sanitation and hygiene (WASH) Sector..

Tasks and Responsibilities:
-Achieving the objectives of Shelter program.
-preparing BOQs.
-Preparing financial statements and periodic reports.
-Carrying out field visits to secure contract requirements for materials, locations and other procedures.
