Effective administration of engine/components life cycle cost through technical due diligence, shop periodic reviews, identifying opportunities for component repair cost reduction. 
Provide complete spare support for engine MRO.
Supplier performance reviews for effective Total Component Support (TCS) and repair teams to bring in time and cost efficiency in the component pool/ repair cycle management.
Ensure work package are in line with OEM T.O’s, CMM, SB & AD’s.
Serviceability & Correlation of testers, ensure calibration & testing of the equipment.
Familiar with aviation regulations EASA Part 145/FAA/GCAA.
Assist Investigation agencies for RCA (Root cause analysis) of aero engine/component failure. 
Theoretical & practical knowledge in Painting, Blasting, Machining, Thermal Spray and Shot Peening processes, Chemical Etching processes, Metal cleaning, Ultrasonic cleaning, Welding and Waterjet stripping.

Production Planning Control Engineer
