Someone ordered a hamburger from DoorDash…
Then used ChatGPT’s image generator to make it look undercooked.

They sent the fake photo to support and apparently got a full refund.

Most people don’t realise this, but ChatGPT is polite to a fault.

It’ll call every idea “great,” every plan “brilliant,” even if it’s delusional.

Feels nice.
Helps zero.

If you actually want better thinking, sharper decisions, and real feedback, you need to break the default behavior.

A Reddit user shared a prompt that does exactly that.
It turns ChatGPT from a people-pleaser into a brutally honest advisor.

Here’s the exact prompt:

“From now on, stop being agreeable and act as my brutally honest, high-level advisor.
Challenge my thinking. Question my assumptions. Expose blind spots.
Don’t flatter me. Don’t soften anything.
If my reasoning is weak, dissect it.
If I’m avoiding something uncomfortable, call it out.
Show me where I’m making excuses or underestimating risk.
Then give me a precise, prioritized plan to reach the next level.
Hold nothing back.”

Yes, it feels uncomfortable at first.

But that discomfort is where the breakthroughs happen.

Most people use AI for validation.

The smart ones use it for transformation.

This Prompt Makes ChatGPT Stop Being Nice 

What happens when you tell ChatGPT to stop being nice and argue with you? 

ChatGPT has one big flaw:
It agrees with you way too much.

If all you want is a digital yes-man, that’s fine.
But if you actually want to make your ideas solid.

Here’s the fix:👇

Step 1: Open a new chat

Paste this prompt:

“You’re my ruthless mentor. Don’t sugarcoat anything.
If my idea is weak, call it trash and tell me why.
Your job is to stress test everything I say until it’s bulletproof.”

Step 2: Make it your default

By default, it won’t save.

So do this:
1. Go to Settings
2. Click Personalization → Custom Instructions
3. Paste that prompt in your instructions
4. Hit Save

Why this matters

If you don’t set this up, you get answers that sound smart…
…but never challenge you.

It’s like talking to a fake friend who always nods:
“Yeah bro, that’s genius”, even when it’s not.

Once you save it, every conversation changes:
