Corporate Account Executive

- Work with the Enterprise Sales team to identify potential business opportunities
- Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity
- Develop and execute inbound and outbound campaigns/strategies via phone, email, and other mediums like LinkedIn
- Achieve monthly quotas + daily KPIs of a minimum of 50 calls a day

- Consult local businesses in the nightlife niche (local bars/lounges/clubs) and the automotive industry on creating an online presence utilizing social media and paid advertising (PPC) on search engines. 

- Help these businesses by providing digital marketing services for them at a monthly retainer fee.

- Strategize with the GMs or business owners to create content catered to their audience and branding.

- Strategize on what to create for logo design if need be and outsource those services 
   to third party Vendors. 

- Build and engage with a community for their niche utilizing facebook groups. 

- Create Advertising campaigns and analyze performance through facebook/instagram performance 
  insights/pixel or google analytics and edit campaign if needed to enhance performance.

- Test target ads for performance and scale ad spend as performance increases exposing a positive ROI.

- Setup E-Commerce websites utilizing online website platforms (Shopify, Square, Wix, etc) for local 
  brick and mortar businesses that want to transition their business into a hybrid retailer  
  (Brick & Mortar/E-Commerce). 

- Create a community around E-commerce website utilizing social media platforms. Engage with the 
  community showing empathy, creating loyalty and building trust to increase revenue. 

- Utilize apps that are integrated within these online website building platforms to enhance customer 
  experience and attract customer attention and retention. 

- Collect a large list of emails to create email marketing campaigns and  re-target customers by offering 
  discounts, coupons, and creating a sense of urgency through expiration dates.

Digital Marketing Consultant

L&F Distributors

- Recruit prospects, source applications, schedule interviews and process all new hire paperwork through various departments as required. 

- Work closely with regional managers and Assist HR manager with the benefits enrollment. Provide 
  great service to employees and management staff as well. 

- Maintain legally astute on government reporting regulations affecting human   resources functions and  
  ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. 

- Submit EEO-1 reports quarterly and wage claims for worker’s 
  compensation. 

- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.

- Responds to personnel inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

- Train management in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, and safety.

- Complete and fill out Employment verifications

- Follow through dillengently with our in-house nurses to assure we are in completing in-house clinic 
  services to our employees along with our Safety dept. when there are accidents and injuries.

- Work closely with our Worker's compensation adjuster to provide her with accurate wages reports so we 
  can be in compliance with workers comp. regulations.

- Formulate FMLA letters to employees who are out due to a situation under the Family Medical Leave 
  ACT with information regarding their effective date, the time allowed under the Act and the date that 
  time expires.

- DQ File Audit training with our Office managers from every location (13 locations)

- Host benefit enrollment meetings (401K Enrollments, Medical Insurance & Wellness Programs)
