Before founding ChatBot UX, I worked as a drilling fluids specialist in the oil and gas industry for almost three decades. This role provided me with invaluable experience in problem-solving, project management, and operational efficiency—skills that have proven beneficial throughout my career. During this time, I had the opportunity to collaborate with some of the largest companies in the energy sector, including BP, Shell, and ExxonMobil, among others. I’ve also had the chance to explore my creative side, spending time as a web designer and travel photographer. My photography work has been licensed by notable organizations such as Microsoft, National Geographic Partners, and Lonely Planet. Although I no longer actively pursue these fields, they have contributed to my broad skill set and understanding of digital storytelling.
