Principal Staff Officer to the Commanding Officer of the UK’s senior Explosive Ordnance Disposal & Search Unit, managing all facets of operations, including personnel management, operational delivery, and support; accountable for implementing the Commanding Officer’s directives. Reported on as the top Captain out of 110 by the Brigade Commander.

•	Spearheaded a change management programme, successfully restructuring a 120-person department into a new 150-person unit, completing the transition 4 months ahead of schedule.
•	Increased workforce mobilisation capability from 72% to 89% by implementing a new system for monitoring personnel’s physical and mental wellbeing.
•	Directed the development and delivery of career management training for 35 Commissioned Officers, improving  performance and educational outcomes.
•	Developed and implemented SOPs for incident response, including security and casualty situations, and led coordination with blue light services for effective management.
•	Managed and resolved over 100 military discipline cases, achieving a 100% resolution rate through meticulous report writing and stakeholder coordination.
•	Led the assurance mechanism for 400 staff, ensuring they were trained across 20+ disciplines and medically fit for 14 operational commitments in 11 countries.

Adjutant (Chief of Staff)

Operations Lead for the UK’s contribution to the UN Mission in Cyprus, responsible for overseeing the operational output of a 350-person multinational task force, led on effective response and strategic alignment. Managed stakeholder relationships and delivered critical operational results.

•	Led the response to public disorder incidents in Nicosia, delivering a politically and strategically appropriate response and maintaining UN neutrality.
•	Reduced Buffer Zone violations by 20% through patrol methodologies, increasing the effectiveness of operations and improving sector security.
•	Planned and executed a deployment and recovery schedule for 500 personnel, maintaining operational effectiveness and compliance with strict UN COVID-19 restrictions.
•	Managed high-level operational risks, with zero casualties during periods of heightened tension between the UN and opposing forces.
•	Orchestrated a comprehensive review of technological requirements, providing recommendations to UN HQ for enhancements within a constrained budget.
•	Supported the planning and delivery of high-profile visits, including royalty and Heads of State, utilising stakeholder management and engagement skills. 
•	Negotiated and engaged with senior Cypriot and Turkish Cypriot military leaders, resolving tensions and achieving UN objectives.
•	Coordinated the recovery of severely injured personnel through timely medical care and adherence to clinical needs.

Operations Manager

Responsible for designing and delivering training programmes for a 700-person organisation, providing critical intelligence analysis and military engineering planning to the 1 UK STRIKE Brigade. 

•	Designed and executed two pre-deployment training programmes for over 450 staff, including deployments to Cyprus and Poland in response to international crises.
•	Implemented a £1 million change management programme to transition the organisation to a new armoured vehicle platform, involving strategic stakeholder engagement and training development.
•	Provided key intelligence and engineering planning, including risk management and geospatial analysis, earning a Brigade Commander’s commendation for excellence.

Training and Intelligence Officer

•	Led a 35-person team in operational training and career management, successfully conducting high-impact projects and overseeing and part-managing £300,000 budget for unexploded ordnance clearance in Canada.

•	Directed a team to Nigeria to deliver counter explosive ordnance training to Nigerian Engineers and Special Forces, championing international military cooperation.

•	Led the Regiment’s Alpine Ski Racing Team to Army Championships, highlighting leadership and team-building skills beyond operational duties.

•	Served as directing staff on NATO’s EOD&S exercise in Iceland, contributing to host nation capacity building and strengthening NATO alliances.

Camp Shohola

For 9 weeks over the summers of 2015 and 2016 I worked at Camp Shohola, a summer camp for boys in the Pocono mountains, North Eastern Pennsylvania. At Shohola I was head of the trips department which involved taking a group of campers off site to give them the opportunity to go rock climbing, canoeing, kayaking, mountain biking or hiking across the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York.

I am currently a Captain in the British Army's Royal Engineers as the Adjutant (Chief of Staff) within the senior Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Search Regiment. My primary skills include: operational delivery and planning, stakeholder and risk management as well the broader leadership and management skills synonymous a British Army Officer. Having joined the Army in 2016, I am due to leave service in January 2025 and am looking to connect with talent or hiring managers within the finance, cyber or consulting sectors. 

In 2016 I graduated from Loughborough University with a 2:1 in international relations. Since university, as well as graduating from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst I have completed the MBA Essentials program with the London School of Economics and Project Fundamentals course with the Association of Project Management.  

I am an avid rugby player and have represented school, club and county experiencing high success on a national level. Outside of rugby I enjoy Crossfit, Golf and Skiing.
