I am the author of "How To Be A Neuro-affirmative Parent". The journey of writing and publishing this book has been incredibly rewarding. It's based on my lived experiences and research on nurturing neurodivergent children, including my own. I have 10 years of corporate planning experience in Singapore, where I am originally from. I moved to Perth, Australia in 2011 to start a family. I am passionate to speak about Neuro-affirmative practices in workplace and community. During my tenure in the school board, I wrote two nomination letters on behalf of the school and both awarded the Winner in WA Education Awards for 🏁 Primary School of the Year in 2021 🏁 Excellence in Disability and Inclusion in 2023 In 2023, I am awarded certified mental health first aider.
