About me Business Support Manager at Gold Group. My responsibilities include a large variety of responsibilities including but not limited to IT & Network infrastructure, Marketing, Business Analysis, Project Manager Compliance and risk management, internal staff training, HR and Operations duties. As you can tell from that I have an extensive and diverse skill set including having deployed a variety of software and CRM's into the business, overseeing a variety of network and comms upgrades and providing all necessary training to ensure smooth integrations. I have a keen interest in analytics and data, often using these skills to provide analysis and reports on productivity and performance within sales as well as setting up and analysing marketing campaigns be it via e-shots in Mailchimp, through social media campaigns or through our own website. Throughout my career I have been closely related to sales and compliance and now use these skills to ensure the Gold Group sales teams are fully supported, whilst remaining compliant with business and legislative processes.
