I’m interested in how to design education to incite curiosity, and how to leverage that curiosity to change lives. I’m currently building: - Mentava to accelerate learning for curious students - Education For All Foundation to educate and provide life opportunities to left-behind children in rural China How Did I Get Here? In 2018 I visited elementary schools in rural villages in China. The underfunded education system crippled any chances for rural students to obtain jobs. I started EFA to dismantle the poverty cycle by empowering skilled volunteers to teach life-changing skills to impoverished children. Along the way, I realized that pedagogy in schools must adapt quickly and on a massive scale to catch up with technological development. I then started designing pedagogy for schools to incite curiosity within students. I'm now working with an incredible team at Mentava to teach 2-year-olds to read!
