As Chief Operating Officer (COO), reporting to CEO and Founder, Mario Martinez Jr, Jack is responsible for fueling Vengreso’s operations strategy, supporting both internal and external customers, as it grows the SaaS-based business with its text expansion and personal writing assistant software, FlyMSG. He leads Vengreso’s Global Business Operations, Customer Experience, Revenue Enablement, Human Resources, Recruitment, and Legal efforts.

Reporting directly to the CEO, I am responsible for leading the global efforts of Vengreso’s HR, Business Operations, Revenue Enablement,  Product Development & Strategy, Sales Operations & Enablement, Support Services, Legal, IT Operations & Security functions. 

My goal is to provide streamlined operations with optimal performance and efficiency.

As the Director of Operations, reporting to the COO, I was responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies for all sites across Latin America. I worked collaboratively with the management team, contributing to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies, and practices.
I managed several teams to ensure alignment with the projected income and demand. I partnered with support units (Human Resources, Workforce, Quality, Training, etc.) to evaluate process improvement opportunities, training needs, talent calibration/management, on-boarding, and succession planning. My goal was to direct, motivate and lead a team of managers dedicated to providing operational excellence for our clients.

In the role of Director of Operations, I reported to the CEO. My main responsibility was the management of the day-to-day operations in multiple sites and providing leadership for the continuous improvement of the centers. I was accountable and responsible for Human Resources, recruitment, and talent acquisition for the organization including but not limited to adherence, learning, and development, engagement, and retention. Additional responsibilities included being responsible for company KPIs, CSAT, profit and loss, growth, client services, IT support and infrastructure, site management, and company efficiencies.

As the Regional Development Manager, I was responsible for the management and development of all operational management teams associated with day to day contact center operations. In addition, the development and implementation of all operational strategies that ensure the performance, culture, and overarching controls and processes are aligned with corporate and client objectives. 

I worked closely with senior leadership, conducting a complete oversight of the operation including supervisors, managers, and support roles. As part of my role, I also managed metrics, performance criteria, policies, and procedures to continuously improve call center productivity reviewing and providing guidelines and best practices for maintaining a competitive edge, along with developing and sustaining strategies on customer satisfaction.
