At Conga, I directed and mentored a team of 4 product marketing managers for 6 products to establish Product Marketing as a function, defining roles and responsibilities, and project ownership. I also drafted and implemented vertical strategies, including identifying content needs, inbound/outbound assets, sales enablement, and necessary executive support. I additionally redesigned existing processes to focus on scalability.

Emarsys

In this function, I collaborated closely with Operations, Marketing, Product, and Sales departments, located in Vienna, Budapest, and London, to define and launch a standard go-to-market strategy across 17 global locations. I determined roles and responsibilities as well as process ownership. I put together a Pricing Committee to establish pricing models for existing and new customers and to keep stakeholders updated on new product rollouts.
