Working in an SMB organisation. Helping develop the leadership capacity of the junior management. The job entails reporting back directly to the CEO & MD. 

The primary work entails:
1. Mentoring junior staff members
2. Communicating to those staff exactly what MD requires
3. Supporting staff members stay "on task"
4. Helping staff members communicate across departments effectively

Helping junior members find their voice and disrupt the management hierarchy (in a positive way) as they grow and develop is very challenging at times but also very rewarding. You can see staff members gain their own voice and learn how to use it effectively and work as a team for the good as the company as a whole.
