The KAIROS Blanket Exercise program is a unique, participatory history lesson – developed in collaboration with Indigenous Elders, knowledge keepers and educators – that fosters truth, understanding, respect and reconciliation among Indigenous and non-indigenous peoples.

This was a part-time work from home contract for 14 hours per week with some travel.
Coordinating the KAIROS Blanket Excises (KBE) across Northern Alberta.
Working directly with clients to organize their KBE and adjusting pricing as needed depending on the organization.
Networking to build relationships with current KBE Facilitators and recruit new facilitators.
Learning the KBE and helping to train new facilitators.
Worked with MS products and a specialized database online on a daily basis.
Travel occasionally to meet with facilitators in Alberta and training or meetings in Ottawa and Toronto.
