- Managing a team of 7 team members in the area of online marketing and - merchandising, customer service.
- Further build up of online sales opportunities.
- Project management with 3rd party stakeholders in online marketing, product - and model photography and video.

eCommerce Manager

- Continuous improvement of every aspect of online store trough reports via Google Analytics, Hotjar and Qlikview
- Starting and completing multiple projects to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Optimisation of online customer/user experience 
- Working alongside the Online Marketeer to create and improve online campaigns 
- Taking ownership of promotions on-site

Digital Merchandiser

- Continuous optimisation of online user experience such as, but not limited to, sorting, navigation and content 
- Introducing new features to exceed customer experience
- Assisting overall strategy on-site while working directly with the E-commerce manager and Digital Merchandiser
- Product related content writing 
- Organising and assisting at shoots

Junior Digital Merchandiser

- Assisting overall strategy on-site while working directly with the Digital Merchandiser and E-commerce manager 
- Supporting execution on-site promotions 
- Creating, implementing and review of content strategy in close cooperation with Digital Merchandiser and E-commerce manager
