My education and work experience are varied, but the common thread tying together everything I have achieved is a commitment to helping people. My core strengths include empathetic communication skills, thoughtful, precise writing, and adaptability with technology and processes. In July of 2021, I had the opportunity to join the Business Development team at GoCanvas, helping clients streamline and automate their data collection processes through the use of GoCanvas’ mobile app platform. I came to GoCanvas after working in customer service for a major technology and software client at Conduent. Before discovering the work from home lifestyle I worked in the evenings as a server, allowing me to be a caregiver for a member of my family. I earned an MA in college student personnel (Higher Education And Student Affairs) at Bowling Green State University, where I developed skills related to cross-cultural competency, counseling and student development, project management, and events as the Graduate Coordinator in the International Programs office.
