Hi, I’m Ian! I’m an HR Consultant, Founder of 1% HR, Rebel HR, and Director of Windranger. After spending 10 years in the world of HR and Recruitment, I have a proven track record in Global Investment Banking and steering a tech company's growth from 75 to over 1000 employees. Back in 2021, I launched my first business Rebel HR as well as becoming Director at Windranger, specialising in recruitment & HR for tech start-ups and Web 3 businesses. Rapid scaling, new tech and industry adaptations is nothing new for us - we’re the specialists when it comes to the complexities of business growth.
