In this role as Telesales Manager, I oversaw a team of 17 individuals who sold into Toronto/GTA  mid-market account space (200-2000+ seats). My role focused on developing a team of strategic account managers able to execute against daily/weekly/monthly metrics and ultimately, plan attainment. 

Leading with a strong focus on individualized growth, my goal was to deliver an outstanding level of customer service through best of breed hiring and coaching. This resulted in developing a world-class team of phone-based sales representatives able to assist all clients with their IT solution needs.

In this role I was responsible for building effective sales territories, onboarding/training/coaching, team reporting and forecasting, hiring, and our overall people management process. In addition to this, team KPI attainment, and goal setting was an active part of my management process.

During my time I also had the opportunity to be engaged in many cross functional projects. These ranged from operations/sales enablement based projects, through to business development training and development program management.

(Mat Leave Contract) Within this role, I managed a wide variety of tasks including, the HRIS database for all Canadian employees (approx 450), payroll, group benefits plan administration, performance management systems administration, HR based training and development, screening / sourcing potential candidates (recruiting), referrence checking, on-boarding, employment verification/Letters of employment, and employee relations. I was the first line of contact in HR for all employees through phone, or email.

This role is that of a development coach within the product information team. Tasks include: New hire orientation training (facilitiation) - approx 43 hours of training their first week, vendor/licensing training, weekly 1x1 coaching for development, and reporting/tracking development for quality assurance. Additionally, I was the NSMO/DISO (Federal Government fulfillment programs for IT solutions) and Microsoft licensing program specialist for the department.

I currently lead a mid-commercial sales organization at Salesforce. In this role I oversee a district of account executives and extended business partners, with a strong focus on new business acquisition and customer success.  

In addition to my extensive sales and leadership background, I have my HR certification and am a CHRP candidate. 

I've spent time gaining experience within training and development positions, through both sales and operations leadership roles, which has taught me a lot about effective coaching practices and building an inclusive, meaningful and motivating, team culture.

During my time in human resources, I was able to gain experience within benefits administration, payroll, recruiting (Screening, Sourcing, Interviewing), onboarding, and more.
