I am a VP of sales at Vidcalls, a company that provides an easy-to-use two-way video communication solution for customers of all ages. Vidcalls was created during the pandemic to solve a very simple problem: customers want to interact with people even when life or the global pandemic gets in the way. I have been with Vidcalls since March 2023, and I am responsible for leading the growth and innovation of the automotive division, as well as developing and managing key accounts and partnerships. With over 24 years of experience in the automotive industry, I am passionate about helping dealers and industry professionals adapt to the new retail reality and create superior customer experiences. I am also a co-host of the AutoHub show, a weekly show that brings together experts from different industries to share insights and best practices for the automotive sector. Additionally, I am an investor and evangelist for Glance Capital, a firm that is changing the banking industry forever with its disruptive technology and services. I have an MBA in International Business from Cornell University and Queen's University, and a B.S. in Industrial Design from The University of the Arts. I am also a certified trainer and consultant in various fields, such as social media, sales, and business office management.
