Every quarter is what is known is a Tesla Year. That is statement alone carries enough weight to understand the day-to-day at Tesla. I had the honour and ability to  lead the Canadian Inside Sales team with the most deliveries (conversions) during the fiscal year of 2018 while producing net sales of over $45.6M in first year in Inside Sales role with an Average Sales size of $81,867.15

Given my immediate success on the Sales and Account Management side of the business, I was quickly pushed to lead initiatives to audit the efficiency of Internal Processes within Tesla. Provided consultancy on the efficiency of  all Tesla Direct Ship deliveries. Which entailed a vehicle being delivered to the home of Tesla customers. I was able to create and successfully instil a process that is utilized across Canada to ensure vehicles were delivered via Tesla Direct Ship with a high level of customer satisfaction, which had been an long-standing issue. Customer Satisfaction increased by 150% within Q4 2018 and Q1 2019, sample size of roughly 150 deliveries. 

With the help of Vincci Liu, Logistics Specialist at the time, Vehicle Delivery efficiency increased from a typical turnover of 3-5 weeks to a guaranteed delivery within 0-2 weeks of the vehicles arrival to a Service Centre, based on customer availability. 

In addition, I generated reports, via Salesforce & Tableu, to determine process/sales efficiencies with management as well as working  closely with F&I Manager, Taha Palwala to assist in providing approvals/contracts for clients via RouteOne.
