⚡Participation in the project to overhaul management tools by guaranteeing the deployment of the
 “Core-model” (as part of the implementation of a new ERP within the Group)

⚡Working on the Financial software Tagetik and Sage X12 ( Latest Module)

⚡Collection of assumptions and budget data from Group subsidiaries;
⚡Preparation of quarterly budgets and Reforecasts
⚡Monitoring of monthly results and analysis of variances

⚡Carrying out ad hoc studies at the request of General Management;
⚡Participating in performance management (identification of performance layers,
 analysis and recommendations);
