As part of the Oasis Key Masters course (https://www.tuni.fi/oasis/), I am exploring "Social Connection with Gaming" in a social space and living lab environment at Tampere University. My role involves conducting micro-phenomenological qualitative analysis to create detailed Action-Emotion-Social connection profiles from participant recordings. I focus on partial transcription and develop structured bullet-point lists that document participant experiences step-by-step, incorporating direct quotations to capture insights into social interactions and emotional responses.

I completed a summer internship with Hubs in collaboration with Commu. During this internship, our main project involved working with our partner startup, Commu (https://commuapp.fi/en/), to design a mentorship platform. Our responsibilities included conducting market research, analyzing competitors, designing prototypes, and validating them. We progressed through different stages of service development throughout the internship.

From May 2022 to December 2022, I also took on the role of Social Media Strategist (along with Web Developer). I revitalized their social media presence, developed content for the Meta platform, expanded customer reach and engagement, and maintained regular communication to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback.

This involved integrating a booking system and seamless payment solutions, both local (bKash, AmarPay) and international (Stripe). Additionally, I integrated MailChimp to enhance client communication and efficiency.

- Remodeled websites to improve navigation and aesthetics, and developed web-based Point of Sale (POS) using WooCommerce

Some of my notable accomplishments include:
- Built the Kothay Maps service, achieving an average request latency of 20ms with Docker and scaling traffic capacity to handle 100,000 requests per minute.
- Developed a systematic approach to efficiently organize and document the Kothay Maps service, ensuring streamlined operations and improved maintenance.
- Significantly reduced report generation time for the Finder Vehicle Tracking System by more than 60%, enhancing overall system performance and user experience.
- Effectively communicated across technical and non-technical teams, leveraging open communication and promoting a flat hierarchy for seamless collaboration.

I've delved into video editing as a hobby, but it quickly became an irresistible passion. As Miyamoto Musashi said, "Once you understand the way broadly, you can use it anywhere you want." Drawing from my soft skills as a software developer, I pay meticulous attention to detail and exercise patience in my work. After completing a course from the MasterCourse, I'm now a part-time video editor at VastuBD.

5+ years of experience as a Software Developer with an ongoing master's in Information(Cyber) Security. 

Additional experience as a freelance videographer/photographer gave me the ability to be patient and persevere in handling large volumes of data (100+ GB) to generate content (<1 minute). Demonstrate ability to concentrate and parse large quantities of data to find meaningful connections.
Secondly, my experience as an entrepreneur (Mudradosh) demonstrates my ability to understand the market, explore new territories, and determine when to call it a day.
