Setting up and operationally leading the Balkan regional Hub across 12 countries in Europe and wider. 

1. Eco-system growth and management
Over 50 events activation, such as ETH Belgrade, token2049, WeAreDevelopers Berlin and BlockSplit were organized or co-organized, with a strong presence in the mainstream media, such as Bloomberg. 

2. BD with existing and new partners: 
Hub has facilitated on-boarding of following web3 and web2 companies onto NEAR such as Styria Media Group, A1, Mastercard, Nansen, Axelar, Lava network, Deutche telekom.

3. Products development  
Two products launched on NEAR from NEAR Balkans Product Lab - Tekuno and Pathfinder, which onboarded over tens of thousands of users onto NEAR and already generated revenue.

Setting up and running the first CX&digital department among CEE consulting teams. Responsible for multi-million dollar revenue generating business and closing and managing clients such as Philip Morris on a regional and Bayer on a global level. Some of the projects included restructuring and marketing effectiveness for a client on a European level, optimisation and cost-effectiveness for an international media buying agency on a European level, HR transformation projects with digital competencies and RnR model building, digital transformation of a banking group, AI-based customer service chatbots, CRM feasibility study for the government agency.
