I am an international business senior leader with over 10 years of experience in leadership roles in the tech industry across multiple markets and regions in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Former consultant and tech entrepreneur, I am a data driven and goal oriented leader who thrives in fast pace and high growth environments where I can navigate complexity and lead efficient teams through change. To bring my vision to life and drive impact at Meta, I have led multiple Resource Groups over the years and I am currently the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Executive Sponsor for Meta in Ireland, in charge of leading and chairing Meta Ireland DEI board to design and ensure execution of the DEI strategy for all employees and multiple sites across Ireland. On my personal time, I am providing support to NGOs mainly working on 2 fields close to my heart: fighting social inequalities and racial injustice / supporting people with disabilities and their families.
