1. Network Size & Activity
   👉 Size matters (!), as well as the activity of your core Followers (those who recently started to follow you, or often engage)
   
2. Follower Metrics (*)
   👉 High Follower / Connection ratio is picked up by the LinkedIn™. Mine currently is around 6.1 (182k / 30k)
   
3.  Consistency in Posting
   👉 Train the algorithm and your human audience by sticking with a specific frequency and time slot. Better to publish 3 posts for 4 weeks, then do a rhythm of 1, 4, 0 and 7 posts a week 
   
4. Post Topic & Trends
   👉 An easy one! Include AI / Chat GPT, Career Advice or Life / Work Balance, and you get an additional push in the back. Trending topics bring +20 - 30% reach
   
5. Feed Activity
   👉 The more people active the moment you publish your Post, the more potential for early growth. Don't believe me? Set your alarm at 3.00am and publish!
   
6. Intrinsic Quality

"Do what's best for your goals" 

- my eldest, Bella, told me last night.


To give a little context, it's me entrepreneur, busy professional, community ambassador, family crew, loving parent etc - so many roles, few hats to change from hour to hour that keep me forward and also challenge me for patience and endurance.

Planning, prioritising, committing and accomplishing. On repeat. 

Not an easy game. But life gives a learning how to jiggle. 

And conversations like such, when your close ones support and empower you, are the best trigger to accelerate your focus on whats important for you.

When you've tried something new for the very 1st time? 



Just got into loop with my youngest daughter. She discovered piano at my mums home which my sister left being when moved to Paris. Emma just picked how-to video on Tiktok and now we're both  playing on shifts.

It's a good feelin' to think of my sis while playing her piano, and be inspired by my daughter while accepting her challenge to create a short melody

You might not know how much you can or could, before you give it a try. It's worth trying new things more often❤️

Quality over quantity:

don't run after just a number of connection, instead, build a solid relevant community. Friends, prospects, clients, like-minded professionals, influencers, experts, mix them all 🌐 


Relevance:

If people relate to you, they accelerate your message to their communities.

Relevance in content is the key for your community to relate. 


Don't pre-judge:

When you look for potential connection to invite, or receive a connection request - never "judge one by the hat". The person might become your top ambassador and accelerate your Brand at scale 


Rather being sceptical, put on your "willing to build loyal community" mindset, and discover the opportunities

Q1, you have been great!

A friend of mine just said: LinkedIn has changed


it's 6 years since I've been on LinkedIn, and as far as I've observed, the core values haven't changed much

it's a quality content and networking platform, where people meet people. 

when the #humanalgorithm accelerates, the reach accelerates. 

A few things can help to stay in line: 
it's being authentic, friendly, consistent, and relevant for your like-minds and prospects. 

The platform itself is just a reflection of how we as humans are building business relationships in real life. 

Trust is essential. 
Scale is important. 
And the platform helps to build trust at scale. 

What would you add?

One size doesn't fit all.

Each and everyone won't be active. Still, you can support each of the groups differently:

for those who are not on the platform, 
- create an introduction tour, show them around, to explain what LinkedIn is about and how it can help their challenges. More members, more opportunities.

for those who use LinkedIn from time to time, 
- an inspiration tour helps discover how the platform can be beneficial for them, and also how they can become appreciated advocates. Their forces scale brand awareness

for those who are active and share and create, 
- leverage the personal brands by supporting them to strengthen their credibility. These employees help to build sustainable trust for the brand.

for well-established thought leaders, 
- collaborate, repurpose, and mention, as they are your key partners for scaling brand reputation, loyalty, partnerships, and talent acquisition.

Here are few:

engage with your community, see profiles, engage with content, send dm, and you will be notified about their content for a while.

engage with specific content types and you'll get more of the content types in your feed

click "bell" icon on the profile of person and you'll be notified about selected or all posts in your feed

choose "follow" a person and you'll see their posts in yourt feed more often

ps.
Posts that don't inspire you in your feed, easy fix - unfollow the person, or even disconnect.
