As a NetSuite, SAP and IFS Recruitment Consultant, my primary responsibility is to identify, attract and hire top talent for organisations across the globe, seeking experts in SAP and IFS software systems. I have a thorough understanding of the ERP landscape and its various modules, including but not limited to Financials (FI/CO), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Manufacturing, Human Capital Management (HCM), Engineering.

I keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the SAP, IFS Applications and Enterprise Resource Planning industry to provide expert advice and guidance to my clients. My ability to understand and match the needs of my clients with the candidate’s experience and skillset has resulted in successful placements and satisfied clients.

In my third and final year as a Keele student, I had the privilege to be elected as the Vice Club Captain of  Keele Men's Football club boasting over 150 members in total. During my capacity, I helped with establishing and building the foundation for men's football whilst recovering from the after-effects of the COVID pandemic. This ranged from the registration of over 100 players to organising fixtures and transportation to buying equipment, helping to pay fines and fees, leading meetings every fortnight with the rest of the committee as well as being a figure present for any members to come and talk to. 
Furthermore, my role within the club gave me the incredible opportunity to take part/model in the launch of the Team Keele x Oddballs project to raise money and awareness for testicular cancer, as well as takeover the Team Keele social media page for the documentation of the varsity fixtures. 
I created the Men's football TikTok page at the end of 2021 as a way to increase the online presence of the club and have since gained 300+ followers and over 150,000 views on the videos I edited and posted.

As a kitchen associate, I was responsible for maintaining hygiene, preventing cross-contamination, and ensuring that health standards were maintained at all times. Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) was mandatory to guarantee food is cooked, delivered accurately and to a high quality in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting. Furthermore, I obtained experience working on the bar, where I was able to meet face to face with hundreds of clients on a daily basis and give them above and beyond customer service to ensure that they were satisfied with their experience.

In my second year as a Keele student, I was elected as the charity secretary in which I organised multiple charity events such as cycles, charity games and even a fantasy euro dream team competition with prizes, and the money donated all went towards supplying a local food bank to help children in need.

I had the opportunity to shadow a medical practitioner in their professional environment. During this, I was able to:
- Ask insightful questions about the different procedure and surgical problems that occur at the hospital
- Enquire about the paths the doctors took to reach their current position
- Had the incredible opportunity to take oral mouldings and complete the creation of patients retainers  which was then given to them.
-Observe a joint clinic where a consultant orthodontist and consultant surgeon spoke with patients they were going to conduct surgery on to discuss the most appropriate procedure that they would require and the duration. 
Shadowing these professionals allowed me to notice how important it was to make the patients feel at ease before any procedure was taken place to allow a smooth operation in which both parties complete successfully.

I joined the CCF in order to become a more confident and disciplined person as these are key life skills. In my time as a cadet, I worked my way from recruit to cadet corporal whilst also being the sole understudy of the Drum Major. Additional skills learnt were the importance of respect for peers and those in leadership positions, taking responsibility and accountability as well as hard work and determination.

As part of my secondary school work experience program, I worked as a teaching assistant at Rye Oak Primary School. My roles included:
-Assisting the teaching staff in the creation of teaching plans/techniques and ensuring the right equipment/supplies were present for the lessons.
-Supervision of pupils outside of the classroom for activities such as field trips, break time and lunch breaks.
-To establish a welcoming environment encouraging the progression and development of the children's character as well as intellect
-Providing feedback and communicating effectively with parents to further improve the quality of education.
 During this period, I learned the importance of planning and time management as well as improving my verbal and written communication skills.

Why do ERP transformation projects fail before they even start???

It’s easy to blame ERP failures on the implementation phase: “wrong partner”, “bad change management”, “customisations gone wild”.

But in all honesty? Most ERP projects are already in trouble before kick-off.
It actually starts in the hiring phase.

Too often, companies underestimate how crucial their first few hires are. From my conversations with management across different businesses, it’s clear that these early team members play a huge role in defining processes, connecting business with IT, and turning strategy into real, working solutions.

I’ve seen it time and time again with IFS implementations: teams overinvest in software and underinvest in people. A brilliant project manager with no process knowledge, or a strong finance lead who can’t challenge the system integrator, and the dominoes start to fall.

Projects that succeed are the ones that get the people equation right from the start. Not just “who can use IFS”, but “who understands how we work and where we’re going”.
