I was Responsible for ensuring Service Now requests were resolved in a timely manner and according to policies and guidelines. Support projects to prepare SOX Controls.

Responsibilities as an MDM Senior Analyst at Stryker:

•	I began with the migration project of customer processes from the United States to Costa Rica.
•	I was responsible for scheduling the SME meetings for each process to create flowcharts and understand how requests were received. (Outlook, SFDC, SAP, etc) which ERP is used among other tasks.
•	During the transition process, create process manuals for the Oracle and SAP system, as well as for the tools needed to process the information. For example SFDC, HIPAA and PowerBI
•	I was in charge of dividing the workloads for each team member. On the other hand, he had the responsibility of carrying out control of the response times for each request and the performance of the team according to the goals requested by the supervisor and business.
•	Also, I had weekly meetings with other senior analysts and with the US PMO to review the progress of the migration and project the time and resources that would be needed to meet the migration project deadlines. As well as, to check if the training process was being successful with each of the team members.
•	I was the main point of contact when escalating issues within the divisions I managed and followed up on the errors that were made each week, either by the client or the analyst.
•	I also controlled QA performance within the team and the creation of relevant information for internal and external audits.
•	Finally, worked on continuous improvement projects with the team. Projects to automatically divide requests by type (update, creation, relationship, among others), waiting time (SLA), and according to the impacted ERP.

MDM Senior Analyst

I was responsible for managing workflows involving vendor master data creation/updates, migrating 7 vendor maintenance processes from the US to CR, and creating SOPs for each vendor division based on a database management tool like Oracle or AS400. I acted as a QA point of contact for the Internal Controls department for all relevant issues in the vendor maintenance department.

Responsibilities as a Vendor Master Analyst at Stryker:

•	I was responsible for preparing the controls for each vendor process according to the SOX rules including documentation, IPE, follow-up, and investigation.
•	I conducted a clean-up project to rid the system of old, unused data or duplicate data for better management and quicker access.
•	I carried out the migration of the vendor maintenance department from the United States to Costa Rica.
•	I oversaw organizing weekly meetings to forecast any project goals and align them with the individual goals of each team member.
•	Documentation of the migration, as well as the creation of SOPs for each process.
•	I received training on AS400, Oracle R11i and R12, SAP GUI 740, SAP HANA, and COUPA for the vendor's environment.
•	I was also in charge of vendors' banking validation via phone calls.
•	I conducted process training for new team members.
•	I participated in meetings with stakeholders to carry out improvement projects in the team such as the creation of the Vendor Add Form.
•	I was responsible for dividing the workload based on the team capacity and high-priority requests from the leadership.
•	In the event of a problem with the vendor's data information I was responsible for finding out what caused the problem and coming back with my supervisor with a possible solution to solve it and prevent the same error from happening in the future.
•	I have experience with the Lean Six-sigma methodology, in fact, I received training for the yellow belt certification.

Master Data Analyst

Role description:
I was responsible for managing workflows involving vendor master data creation/updates, meetings to follow up on pending team tasks and review the progress of the team open projects, I was the team leader´s back-up when he was absent and gave process training to new members to the vendor maintenance team, I also had to schedule calls and meetings with the relevant departments and stakeholders within the AP and MDM areas. 

Responsibilities as a Vendor Master Analyst at Grupo Bimbo.

•	Continuously worked on projects to improve the performance and productivity of the team, reducing time spent on monotonous or repetitive tasks on also worked with other departments in projects such as SCF (Supply Chain Finance) to update Oracle features based on the requirement from either the  Vendors or Accounts Payable department.
•	Reviewed documents with the W8 and W9 to verify supplier details such as the company's trade name or if reportable as the 1099.
•	I also verified the bank details through calls to the registry to later present an audit report of the calls made by the team per week and have a cross-check between teammates to increase the security of the information. that was handled
•	Managed team reports such as the daily and weekly report of suppliers created each week to avoid duplication of suppliers.
•	Generated some reports for the AP department. For example, the report of purchase orders, from suppliers placed ´´On-hold´´.
•	I made sure to explain what tasks the department performed to benefit the supplier and increase or maintain good results in productivity and quality.
•	Worked with the Innovation department to carry out projects adequately following some methodologies such as ´´´Lean Six Sigma´´ and principles of some reference frameworks such as Agile, Design thinking and Critical Thinking.
•	Work on projects to determine payment terms (N45, N90, N120)

Vendor Master Analyst

My goal is to contribute in the management area to reduce the barriers between the operational and leadership team by becoming an excellent systems engineer following the Agile principles while creating usable projects connecting with stakeholders.
I am in love with UX / UI as well as HCI topics.
