LinkedIn has changed a lot since I joined it in June 2010.

Back then, the formula was simple.
Build a site. Add a checkout. Drive traffic.

If people paid, you were doing something right.

That’s not how it works anymore.

A Shopify store by itself doesn’t mean much.
A Linktree plus a newsletter feels productive, but it hides a lot of problems.

Over the last months, I’ve been inside Miami based businesses.
Creators. Consultants. Service businesses.

Most of them were already selling.

And almost all of them were leaking value in places they never looked.

No AI visibility
Payments went through, but users got lost.
Emails sent, but downloads broke.
Dashboards showed revenue, but not what failed when something went wrong.

You get remembered without pitching

A strong comment does three things:

It names the real problem behind the post
It adds one level of depth the author didn’t go to
It respects the conversation instead of hijacking it

Most comments try to be loud.
The ones that work are precise.

Find 5 posts where your customers are already talking.
Add one calm, sharp insight.
Leave.

Perplexity released an audit report of 70+ industry reports—from Gartner and Yext to the Miami-Dade Beacon Council—to map what is actually happening with local search.

Here is the data on what is happening right now:
-> 1 in 4 traditional searches will disappear by 2026 as buyers shift to AI answer engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity.
-> 4 out of 10 businesses that rank on page one of Google are completely invisible to ChatGPT.

-> Pattern Utilization Seeing the pattern is not enough. You have to use it. Early humans recognized the seasons. Then they used that knowledge to plant food in the spring and harvest in the fall. That single pattern built civilization.

-> Pattern Creation This is how you go from good to great. Once you master the tools, you start creating your own patterns. You bring something new to the table.

You will not be replaced by AI. 

You will be replaced by someone who uses AI better than you.

Most people spend their lives just managing problems. 

The future belongs to the creators.

AI is a massive rocket ship. It has a ton of power. But it does not know where to go. You have to be the pilot.
