I have been working as a Construction Manager for more than 18 years in the Construction Industry, starting with London underground infrastructure upgrade works, which involved station communications system upgrade management, data & control center builds, ticket offices, server rooms, wayside equipment installation & T&C. I possess a high level of proficiency in various areas of construction management, including, planning management, sub-contractor performance, QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control), health and safety, and logistics. Experienced in producing and presenting methodologies for new bids and tenders, stakeholder & client interaction, compiling RFI’s. Skilled at, risk management, strategy and contingency planning.
