As a Human Resources Business Partner, I oversee HR projects and operations across four countries: UAE, KSA, Egypt, and Lebanon. I work with departmental heads, managers, and other stakeholders to develop team goals and delegate tasks to the appropriate team members. I have successfully led the global on-boarding project, managing a team to streamline the on-boarding process for people partners, new starters, and line managers. I have also contributed to the research for a new HRIS and LMS systems, managed multiple audits across the UAE office, and partnered closely with the TA team to ensure data consistency between the ATS and the HRIS system. With a Master's degree in Project Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University, I have strong skills in planning, organizing, and executing HR projects with efficiency and effectiveness. I have also increased employee engagement by hosting monthly and quarterly social events for leadership, individual teams, and virtual global events, and created several policies across the team, such as hybrid working, working overseas, travel and expenses, Days in Lieu, recruitment and many more. I am motivated by the opportunity to support the growth and development of the people in the company and its objectives, by applying my HR project management, employee engagement, and human resources skills.
