- managing the dependencies and the interfaces between projects;
- daily program management throughout the program life cycle, defining the program governance (controls); 
- supervised sales, managing and utilizing resources across projects (B2B / B2C solutions); 
- managing the program's budget, reporting the progress of the program at regular intervals to the Budget expenditure and costs against delivered and realized benefits as the program progresses;
- managing stakeholders’ communication (B2B / B2C solutions); 
- communication with key stakeholders and investors in developing product strategy; 
- planning the media strategy of the brand, and launch of SMM company products;
- manage and hire agency employees;
- supervised the organization of the German language school. Designed and implemented the Conversational Express German Course.

NGO “UKRAINE TRANSFORM”

Helping to create a charter for a non-governmental organization and registering it. Writing grant application proposals for projects and budgets.
Running the following projects: a media project about social psychology and a documentary film called "LOOK INTO THE FUTURE".
Psychological support initiative Self-help club, professional psychologists with many years of experience, hotline.
The Meet and Code program, part of EU Coding Week, encourages young people to take part in "Oi MiY coding awesome" pieces of training.
The cooperation and implementation of local self-government practices in the social development planning (HDI) of the territorial community of the region, as exemplified by the LED of the Krushinkiv village council.
The initiative involved the attraction of funds for the charity that supports children with disabilities.

Responsibilities: Execute the curriculum, write scientific articles, participate in research work, write scientific research for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy
Achievements: Conducted research on organizational and pedagogical conditions for the researchers and pedagogical staff advanced training in the Military education system by implementing advanced distributed learning. 
Made a number of research publications and participated in Research work. Successfully completed the course in Rhetoric and culture of communication. 
Successfully completed the course in Statistical methods in psychological and pedagogical research.

Studying to the Doctor of Philosophy 

Research Center for Distance Learning

Responsibilities: Personnel management and administration, preparing documentation and reports, planning the work of the group, ensuring and maintaining the technical readiness of the Center (administration and management system Moodle)
 Achievements: Adapted for inner use course on the "Approaches of the organization and the principles of distance learning according to international standards". (from Finland) 
Developed a technical task to a secure distance learning server with access to the open Internet. 
Developed a design and operational profile for the Central repository of distance learning resources.

Head of the Hardware and Software Group

Department of Inform. Technologies App. and Inform. Security at the Inform. Technologies Centre

Responsibilities: Personnel management and administration, planning the work of the Laboratory, ensuring and maintaining the technical readiness of the Department
Achievements: Was involved in planning, model development (both hardware and software solutions), deployment of system components, and launching a training class.
Participated in the development of a number of training courses for a "cyber polygon" – a computer-based training class on cybersecurity.

Achievements: Informational influence psychology (NLP Techniques and the Social Psychology of Crowds) 
Final research: Recommendations development (synchronization matrix) for the organization of strategic communications in the interests of the stabilization operation.

Master's degree in Information Security Management

Responsibilities: Personnel management and administration, planning the work of the Laboratory, ensuring and maintaining the technical readiness of the Department
Achievements: Achieved results in optimizing the department organization. The scheme of re-equipment of the department network is developed, the equipment is deployed.

Head of the Training Laboratory 

Center for Distance Learning Training and Research Center (Department of Information Technology)

Responsibilities: Support and Development of courses, provision, and technical support of the center's software (administration and management systems ILIAS)
 Achievements: Developed a number of distance learning courses. 
Prepared a number of graphic content for distance learning courses (Adobe Flash, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator). 
Created filmed and edited a number of videos for distance learning courses (Adobe Premiere, etc.).

Software engineer-programmer of the Center

In the ever-changing landscape of humanitarian aid at ACTION CONTRE LA FAIM, our team is dedicated to fostering partnerships, and developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contingency plans to mitigate potential risks and achieve our main goal of system sustainability. Our focus has been on delivering secure access in challenging environments. 

My tenure as DHoD HAIS has honed my skills in security protocol development, communication, strategy development, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of field operations. My efforts in establishing robust partnerships and integrating technology solutions have contributed to our mission's success, embodying a dedication to innovation and collaboration in humanitarian action.
