Ikenna is an experienced project professional with a demonstrated history and sound knowledge of project delivery within the built environment, highways, maritime, railway infrastructure projects and telecommunications. He has a high proficiency in project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controls, having guided projects through strategic definition, feasibility study, preliminary and detailed designs, pre-construction, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning, handover, and closeout. Ikenna is skilled in using the following project scheduling software to develop, update, monitor and maintain robust programmes and produce different level schedules – Oracle Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject and Microsoft Project. Ikenna also has a broad understanding and experience of implementing analysis techniques including Critical Path, Float Path, and Earned Value Management. A holder of Project Management Qualification awarded by the Association of Project Management as well as being a full member of the esteemed body, also previously acquiring a Bachelor of Engineering degree (BEng) focused on Aerospace Engineering.
