•	Maintaining the GDP Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring that the Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals QMS is fully maintained, robust & effective always. Reporting any concerns regarding falsified medicines or any other activity that may affect the GDP QMS or patient safety to the UK Compliance Manager.
•	Updating the legal register and ensuring corporate requirements are adhered to – Code of conduct, promotion of ethics and human rights, anti-bribery and corruption, GDPR data protection etc. 
•	Ensuring that any change that would impact any area of the GDP QMS follows the change control procedure in advance of the change.
•	Ensuring that any deviation is captured within the QMS. All issues are captured to promote improvement within the QMS and to benefit patient safety.
•	Carrying out new client assessments/due diligence checks, twice monthly client Bonafide checks, monthly stock checks, daily monitoring of the temperature monitoring system, monthly review of temperature charts, monthly review of inspection and cleaning logs, pest control, waste management, monthly quality KPI reporting and quality reviews, completion of questionnaires from clients and subcontractors.
•	Performing spot checks on operational activities to monitor and promote compliance always, internal and external IMS/GDP audits (Clients and subcontractors, MHRA audits) including carrying out QA GDP self-inspections in line with agreed self-inspection plan.
•	Writing and reviewing of manuals, procedures and work instructions including providing training to staff and monitoring GDP training compliance. 
•	Carrying out risk assessments and ensuring safe systems of work are in place including issuing of permit to work and contractor management.
•	Accident and Incident investigation, root cause analysis and reporting.

Healthcare QA/QHSE UK Compliance Representative

I coordinated Quality, Health, Safety and Environment activities within the south region and report on performance, incidents, accidents and progress against targets. Other responsibilities include:

• Facilitating the implementation of activities including writing or updating policies, procedures, safe systems of work and risk assessments. I organise training and sometimes give training, carry out audits and inspections, attend client meetings and involved in accident investigations and corporate reporting.
• Reviewing clients RAMS, CPP’s, Project Quality Plans, Site Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans and other CDM documents.
• Liaising with key contractors to ensure their processes are in alignment with the values of National Grid while providing support to ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget with no incidents. I also liaise with staff, senior management and external agencies e.g. HSE and fire authorities.
• I keep records, monitoring and reviewing all aspects of safety, health, environment & quality driving compliance across the south region.
• Designated First Aider and Fire Warden for the Bristol Office.

QHSE Coordinator

I provided a range of support activities to ensure the delivery of major infrastructure projects safely, efficiently and under budget:

• I supported the senior project manager in the measurement of function performance and the identification and drive of performance improvement actions. Produced, collated and coordinated project and team performance data from team hubs and project reviews / audits for project managers rolling up to the leadership hub on a weekly and monthly basis. I also organized and participated in internal or external project review meetings (PRM).
• I supported both contractors and staff to ensure we all work together to deliver projects on time, under budget and safely. This includes; managing the storage of data within livelink during project delivery in line with document retention schedules, tracking and chasing defined documents from contractors and through any related Ops approvals, and chasing project engineers to submit closure documents.
• I managed a lesson learnt tracker for the collation of potential improvements identified through the delivery and closure of projects. I undertook periodic reviews with key stakeholders, identified appropriate action owners within the business to embed improvements and generate communications to disseminate across construction while also taking proactive measures that encourage an improvement in our safety & sustainability culture.
• Designated First Aider and Fire Warden for the Bristol Office.

Construction Technical Support

Responsible for developing & implementing Integrity Standard for all existing & future well stock, covering production, injection, source & disposal wells, both active & inactive:

• Responsible for the day to day integrity of all the wells and well safety systems identifying problems, performing leak investigations and finding possible remedial activities from your onshore based position.
• Prepared and organised diagnostic programmes and well interventions using a wide range of tools and techniques to collect data in order to identify wells with integrity problems.
• Worked in conjunction with subsurface, wells and operations teams to identify new and innovative solutions to well integrity issues.
• Carried out due diligence for clients prior to asset takeover or swap. This enabled identification of deal breaking/price reopening issues, assurance on duty holder/wells operator risk levels and confirmation that assets can be operated safely and economically.
• Carried out well by well reviews for clients to ascertain current well stock with the aim of identifying opportunities to protect and enhance base production and maximise production.
• I carried out well assessments for asset life extension. Assessments were carried out on individual wells and client’s management systems in place to demonstrate that the wells can be maintained safely in serviceable condition for the proposed life extension period.

Petroleum Engineer

ConocoPhillips

Provided well planning and implementation input for HPHT exploration wells including safe suspension and abandonment of wells, geological and drilling operations support:

• I completed PON 4 and PON 5 applications to DECC and prepared geological well prognoses, OGP's, final well reports, composite logs, lithology logs and other documents required to support well operations. I also prepared and made sure all offset logs, data and items required by the wellsite geologist arrive on the rig before the well spuds.
• Focal point for well samples (core, hydrocarbon and water), reports and data coming in from the rig, tracking daily data from offshore operations and ensuring that the correct data is available to stakeholders on the appropriate web portals. I also produced and sent daily UK operations reports to the Director Exploration Performance on operated and non-operated wells.
• Focal point for Petrolink, InterAct and Insite, managing documents/data in compliance with the ConocoPhillips documents and records management system. Focal point for all data delivered by service contractors generating datasets on our operated wells. I QC’d the reports, logs and data before sending them back to be finalized. I maintained the well operations lessons learned databases including the geological operations intranet website. CDA (UK Oil and Gas Data) Focal Point.

Operations Geologist

Was responsible for ensuring projects are executed according to data management standards. I developed and implemented of a range of data, archives, records and information management services to ensure technical data integrity, from data improvement to data quality assurance. I ensured documents, records, tapes, CD’s and other media were organised, utilised, preserved or disposed of to the highest professional standards and archives were preserved, arranged and accessible. CDA (UK Oil and Gas Data) focal point and PON 9 coordinator, focal point for well samples (core, hydrocarbon and water) including their storage and retrieval
