I’ve been searching for fulfillment my whole life. In the past 17 years I: - lived in 3 countries - worked for 6 agencies - transitioned careers - traveled to many beautiful places - developed deep connections - became a director - led and scaled successful teams - coached people from associates to C-level executives - built and implemented systems for efficiency - got married to the love of my life - became a dog mom Yet, I still felt a sense of emptiness inside. Don't get me wrong. I’ve always been grateful for my experiences. But there was a nagging voice in my head saying “something is missing”. So I started searching… I began: - practicing mindfulness - studying spiritual scriptures - listening to spiritual leaders - doing pranayama (breathwork) - diving deep into meditation and yoga - going to therapy - mastering visualization techniques - eating a balanced diet As a result I learned how to: - regulate my nervous system - reframe my limiting beliefs - accept all parts of myself including the not so lovable ones - understand my conditioning - release trauma from my mind and body - lead from Self The best part is that through this journey, I discovered my ikigai, my reason for being. It has been inside me this whole time. I just needed to peel the layers away. Now, I’m on a mission to help other professionals do the same.
