Israeli National Labor Federation, a trade union in Israel, represents employees in various sectors in a monthly membership model. My role included:

✅ Managing relations with stakeholders such as industry associations, employee leadership, staffing agencies, and government officials.
✅ Plan and execute campaigns to attract new members, reaching 250% growth in new memberships in 4 years and securing meaningful income.
✅  Design an existing service to address immigrant workers' needs impacting thousands of members' income, satisfaction, and training needs.
