My tenure as Chief Digital Officer at Eureko Sigorta - a subsidiary of Dutch Insurance Holding Achmea - has honed my expertise in enhancing customer engagement and operational excellence through technology. Our team's collaborative efforts are instrumental in navigating the digital landscape, propelling businesses towards innovative horizons. Prior to that, I was the CTO at Fintek, a subsidiary of Ziraat Bankası, the largest state-owned bank in Turkey, where I managed the IT strategic, tactical, and operational plans, and launched and rolled out innovative solutions and services. During my career, I've also had the opportunity to set up my own company to serve the technology needs of financial institutions with tailor-made software and systems solutions. We've also managed to create torpil.com, tikiler.com, makalem.com and more than 50 portal projects, which are among the most trafficked user-generated content platforms in their respective fields. I am passionate about learning and personal growth, and I care deeply about how my work contributes to a greater cause. I have completed several certificate programs in design thinking, lean practices, project management (PMP), and I am a Microsoft Certified Database Administrator, Systems Engineer and Trainer. I am also fluent in English and beginner in Japanese.
