FROM COLLEGE TO CAREER 📚 After completing my BA in journalism, I landed at WealthEngine as a Customer Care Specialist (serving as onboarding + account manager + technical support + client advocate), where I managed between 350-600 nonprofit accounts annually, collaborating cross-departmentally to amplify the customer voice, and maintaining a renewal rate of 93%, exceeding the team goal of 90%. More recently, I serve as the online communications consultant at Woodhull Freedom Foundation, a 501(c)3 whose mission is to protect sexual freedom across all communities. I overhauled the fundraising email campaign strategy, surpassing goal by raising $25K, decreasing unsubscribe rates by 30%, and growing subscribers by 21%. And as the Product Adoption/Engagement Specialist & Program Manager at Salsa Labs, I trained & consulted hundreds of organizations annually.
