I am also engaged in character concept development, meticulously detailing their appearance, traits, and backstories. I aim to create characters that not only look intriguing but also have deep emotional and moral dimensions, making them memorable for players.

Furthermore, I actively liaise with game developers, ensuring close collaboration and effective information exchange. My goal is to achieve a harmonious balance between graphical solutions and the technical capabilities of the game. I pay special attention to optimizing graphical elements to ensure smooth and efficient gameplay.

I am responsible for high and low-poly modeling of characters and nature, as well as writing MEL scripts and working with expressions. In the first three months, I led the character development department, managing a team of five people and collaborating with freelancers, project directors, and artists. 

After the initial three months, I was promoted to a project supervisor role. In this capacity, I oversaw all aspects of creating an animated film, collaborated with heads of production departments, managed and developed the project, and worked closely with the project director and producer. Additionally, I was involved in staff recruitment for the project.
