Product Owner for the pioneer product developed as part of the company-wide Site Reliability Engineering program. The purpose of the product is to evaluate the maturity of hundreds of FIS applications and present a coherent view of their status using a set of unified metrics. Spearheading and leading development of ServiceNow-driven automation to procure infrastructure changes, such as standardized server configurations, installing standard tools, server patching, with a potential to save thousands of man-hours.

IT Architect Specialist

Responsible for design of a unified UI Architecture Blueprint for the company. Identified key components of the end-to-end architecture, catalogued reusable assets across the company including UI components, ReST services, security, session management, ORM, internationalization infrastructure.

Globalization Architect for the Company's Global Banking initiative. The globalization needs span multiple applications / layers in a SOA-based architecture, from mainframe-based Core to Business Services to User Interface. Work included, but not limited to, the following functions:

- develop globalization governance and practices
- provide globalization guidance to product teams and the customer experience design team

Chaired department’s Architecture Group, worked on establishing and promulgating development patterns, best practices and coding templates.
Successfully lead a project that was part of the Company’s Relationship Value Management initiative, which allows to automate qualifying and enrolling customers in “relationship packages” for promotions, as well as monitoring the results. Project work involved interaction and extensive coordination with other product teams. The project was completed successfully and ahead of schedule.

Devised a migration strategy, re-architected and re-designed the Company’s flagship Customer Relationship Management suite. The product to be redesigned was a tightly-coupled client-server application written in C++, utilizing proprietary data store and RPC-based interface; Client was written in SmallTalk. The new .Net-based server architecture laid the foundation for future product growth, greatly improved scalability while maintaining performance characteristics. The suggested approach allowed to gradually migrate from SmallTalk thick client to a thin client (ASP.NET) model. 
Later on, extended the original architecture on SOA principles. This architecture is still being utilized by the Suite, which is able to serve an ASP.NET client, a thick (Excel Add-on) client, as well as exposes web services via WCF. Developed core components of the new architecture.

Target RDBMSs: SQL Server, IBM DB2, and Oracle.
Developed MS Office Add-in Client for the Customer Relationship Management product using .Net Interop and VBA. The innovative approach significantly reduced time to market and improved maintainability.
Created a pluggable, lightweight, highly extensible Data Access Layer that enables developers to add support for a new RDBMS in a matter of hours (DB2 support was added in 16 man-hours).
