Hello! 👋 I have over 5 years of design experience, having led the end-to-end UX design for two startup companies and several Binance Smart Chain DeFi projects. Currently, I am a UX Designer at Changi Airport Group (CAG), overseeing the end-to-end user experience for innovative projects and design initiatives. My role involves comprehensive UX research—discovery, user interviews, surveys, guerrilla testing, data analysis, and usability testing—as well as designing wireframes, prototypes, and conducting UI Quality Assurance. Over the past 2 years, I have successfully led 8 end-to-end B2B & B2C projects, including Progressive Web Applications, Microsites, Admin Portals, and extensive projects like Changi Groupbuy and Changi Millionaire (2023 & 2024), reaching audiences in the millions. I also focus on leveraging AI to enhance UX workflows. With over 13 years of experience in customer service, including as a flight steward for Singapore Airlines, I have developed strong empathy skills that significantly enhance my UX design work. I am pursuing a Master of Arts in User Experience Design at Falmouth University, with graduation planned for 2025. Additionally, I am the Founder and Lead Product Designer for MentalJourney, dedicated to developing innovative solutions that transform the mental health industry.
