If you can't follow a diet or exercise regime for the next 10 years, nothing is wrong with you. The program itself is wrong. That's why, even if you have the willpower to work on your health, it doesn't work out. Best case scenario – you lose a few kilos, but mess up your health. You see many success stories on the internet, & start to believe that something is wrong with you. What if I say that you are not wrong. All those claims – lose X kilo weight in X days are bullshit.  Noone shares what happened to them after 3 years. Because most of their health is worse than ever before. Now, imagine – you have reached your 50's & are free from all lifestyle diseases. You are fitter than the average person of your age. You have the energy to earn more money, travel the world, pursue your hobbies, and spend quality time with your family. You can also enjoy your favorite foods. Sounds too good to be true for most people. This is what I call being “Reasonably Fit”, and it's possible if you adopt habits that are sustainable for you.
