-	Commercial/Portfolio Management – Identify device portfolio that meets revenue and margin targets for EMS
-	Demand Management – interfacing with sales team and partners across MEA to generate bottoms up sales forecast which drives product sourcing and inventory management decisions.
-	Order Management and Fulfillment – interacting with customers, sales and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of the order book and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
-	Inventory Management – Tracking inventory aging, sales team allocation, aligning incoming supply with demand signal and inventory position
-	Reporting and Analytics – providing senior management with timely reports and recommendations based on market analysis such as price band, segment size, market share, forecasting accuracy, and stock in channel.  
-	Risk Management – Identify critical business issues/risks and flag to management along with mitigation proposals to minimize business impact
-	Opportunities Management – Identify business opportunities for incremental sales, document business cases and coordinate with principle supplier to ensure execution. 
-	Pricing Management – Act as central point for all pricing related issues, manage official pricelists issued to customers and pricing exception process
-	Sales Commissions Management – Maintain and track sales vs. targets in terms of revenue, margin and volume. Sanitize and generate quarterly sales commissions.
-	Partner Rebate Management – Manage quarterly volume and special rebates to be issued to partners. Coordinate and manage price protection compensation for partners.
-	Process Improvements – Work with internal support functions (logistics, finance) to continuously streamline and improve internal processes.
