By interviewing the responsible teams to acquire the necessary knowledge, building out configuration control & deployment scripting we were able to fully automate the system deployment & reduce deployment time from 10 weeks to 3 hours. Teams were constantly deploying multiple times per day to new environments by the end of the effort. Deploying, destroying & re-deploying as needed.
