Here’s the process your competitors don’t follow:

Step 1: Target the right people (not everyone)

Your outreach fails because your list is random.
Build a filtered list of:
→ People who already post
→ People who already buy
→ People already expressing the problem you solve

Outreach works when your list is 80% pre-qualified.

Step 2: Warm the lead before the DM

This is where most skip.
Before sending a single line, do this:
→ View their profile
→ Engage with 2–3 of their posts
→ Leave 1 genuine comment that adds value

You’re in their notifications.
You’re not a stranger anymore.
